Description

Automatic shutter submerged electric motor 8 x 4 meters (For other measures ask us for them)

Automatic electric blind for 8x4 pools

The cover is rolled up and unrolled on a lathe submerged in the pool. On the motor side, the lathe and the cover are held by 2 ball bearings, which avoid the slightest wear on the sealing system.

The winch is attached to a shaft that goes through the pool basin. The winch is driven by a gear motor, which is located in a hatch adjacent to the pool. The cover, for its part, is automatically operated with a key switch. If you prefer, there is also a remote control operation option.

The slats of the blind can be of various colors, the price refers to white slats.

Energy saving:

An Ocea® cover can have a more than considerable effect on the total amount of energy used to maintain and operate a pool.

The use of a cover makes it possible to greatly reduce the heat loss that occurs with the evaporation of the pool water, specifically up to 85%, which, logically, will significantly reduce the heating costs of the pool. Furthermore, stopping evaporation also means using fewer chemicals to maintain hygienic water conditions, as well as less water to fill the pool after evaporation.

If your pool is covered, you will need a dehumidifier and an air heating system to control humidity, and the capacity of such sophisticated equipment will be directly determined by the amount of evaporation you can control. Thanks to the use of a cover in the pool, you will be able to greatly reduce the amount of evaporated water and, consequently, also the capacity of the equipment used and the costs of the dehumidification system.

In outdoor swimming pools, Ocea® achieves enormous savings in water heating, thanks to a solar cover that uses solar energy as an auxiliary heating system. The average amount of solar energy per square meter for the entire earth for a whole day is 164 watts per m². This is an average calculated over 24 hours with respect to a day with 8 hours of sun, being able to easily reach, at the maximum point of this 24-hour period, 300 watts per m². If we apply this to a normal 5 x 10 m pool, the system will be able to channel the following amount of energy:

Pool of 5 x 10 m = 50 m²
Medium energy 50 m² x 164 watts = 8 200 watts = 8.2 Kw
Maximum energy 50 m² x 300 watts = 15,000 watts = 15 kW

Por ello, Ocea® ha creado una cubierta solar específicamente diseñada y desarrollada para almacenar la máxima cantidad de energía y transferirla directamente al agua de la piscina, consiguiendo reducir drásticamente los costes de calefacción anuales.
