What is the availability of the products?
In principle, all products in our store are available, unless they are indicated as 'WITHOUT STOCK' in the product sheet. In the event that the stocks of a product are exhausted at the time of placing your order and that we could not have updated this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to tell you what the shipping time would be, propose a similar product or refund the amount correspondent.
Can I specify a delivery time?

Delivery will be made to the door of the address. In the case of deliveries of bulky / heavy products (> 24 kg), the transport agency is only responsible for delivering your order on the portal (at street level).

NOTE: It is important to check the status of your purchase at the same time of receipt and, if you observe any damage allegedly caused by transport, indicate it on the delivery note when signing it.
